All orders are shipped from Sweden. Sales are conducted according to the European Law, thus, customers residing within the EU, will be charged EU VAT.
Payments should be received to confirm orders. Processing orders, may take up to 48 hours on business days.
We sell exclusively through our website, and we don't have any other branches nor shops anywhere else.
Important to note that perfumes and cosmetics products can be only exported, and not sold domestically.
We ship worldwide, and the shipping cost is calculated automatically upon checkout. We ship orders within 48 hours on business days only. The shipping cost depends on the weight and the dimensions of the shipment. We ship using the following companies: PostNord, DHL Express, DHL Freight, FedEx.
The shipping time varies, depending on the destination. Shipping within EU, takes 3-7 business days, while shipping to outside EU, may take up to 5 weeks.
Once the package is shipped, then the tracking information will be uploaded to the order's details.
All customers have the right to return their items within 10 business days from the day of their arrival. In order to return any item, then the item's package should be unopened, and the item should be unused.
Opened, or used items cannot be returned, nor will be refunded for.
In case of a return, then an advance approval must be given by our customer service team, as well, any shipping fees paid, have to be covered by the buyer solely.
The same time frame applies when requesting to return a damaged item received.
You may track your package by logging in to your account on our website, then go to the order you placed. In the order details, you may find the tracking number, which you can click on, to open the tracking system of the shipping company that the package was shipped with.
Please note, if the package was shipped through the post office, then the shipping details only would show, if the package is in the sender's country, as well as when the package arrives to the receiver's country.
The package status won't appear nor it would be displayed as long as the package is in international transit. This means, that we are unable to provide any additional tracking information from our side, as long as the package is in transit around the world.
Due to the current virus outbreak, you may expect a longer delay than usual in shipping time. For more inquiries about the package, you may contact your local post office, or the shipping courier in your country.
We are unable to help with any international delivery issues from our side, and for any inquiries regarding tracking and deliveries, customers should contact directly the courier or the local post office in their countries to inquire about their shipments.
We work between Monday and Friday from 09.00 to16.00 CET. We do not process orders, nor do we ship packages on weekends and holidays. We may not reply to inquiries and messages outside our business hours as well.
Some items may be sold exclusively to outside EU, and such items are clearly described as "Export only" in the items' description. The restriction is applied to certain products such as cosmetics. If the customer resides within the EU and tries to purchase one or several of the restricted items, then an error message will be displayed at checkout stating that the order cannot be shipped to the customer's location.
