Rooibos or redbush tea, known as red tea, contains no caffeine and is rich in antioxidants that contribute to strengthening the body’s defenses. Brewing should take approximately 5 minutes. Tea bags with strings, individually foil wrapped, allow preserving the tea ,flavor and aroma.
